This boutique hotel is conveniently located in the River district in Bangkok. The hotel is very cute and the room is quite large. The staff is friendly. However, we had a difficult time communicating with the staff and that the bathroom hot/cold faucet was broken. Overall, we are happy with our choice.

Easy to get to trains, staff were helpful. The spa was wonderful and very proffessional. If we ever travel back to Bangkok wil more than likely stay there again

In the first night we have been given a room with ionside window; that was not very nice and it does not suit a delux room as we booked it. We have then comlained and got a very nice room looking towards the temple (room 503). That was excellent value for money. I think the rooms with window towards the backside are not so nice a bit more dar; the rooms facing the main oad are rwally nice, spacious, charming bathroom, good interior. Breakfast also was very nice. Best ist the location, just a few minutes walk to the Oriental boat station at the river from where you can reach all tourist destinations. Walkiong distance nearby are 3 excellent retaurants: Harmonie, and best of all Thai Tongue (behind Oriental). Petra + Armin, (April 08, Germany)

The room was next to the aircon cooling tower and which ran noisily for 24 hrs a day. It did affect my ability to sleep. The hotel allows smoking in all the rooms therefore they were unable to offer us a non-smoking room.The manager lacked ability to deal with the complaints. The cafe and the internet service were good. The staff generally were friendly. If we were given a room away from the aircon cooler and a non-smoking room the hotel would have suited us well.

I can get the value for money for staying at this hotel which is situated near the skytrain terminus. Moreover, the breakfast was excellent.

OK hotel but deluxe room was starting to look a little shabby. They need to paint the rooms as the walls are getting dirty. Wood in the bathroom such as the bottom of the bathroom door was getting damp and looked messy.

This hotel has a excellent location, near the river and train. However, the best part was the wonderful buffet breakfast we enjoyed each morning.
