This hotel is quite small, the location is very near to khao shan, but very difficult to find it for the first time. Cleanliness of the hotel is good, but lack of facilities, overall stay in the hotel is good, the staff there is quite friendly, the breakfast there is very simple.

i only stayed one night but i would never stay again. the towels had stains on them and the beds were hard. the staff tried hard to help but their english was varied. the guy was very helpful but some others would just stare at you. the location is close to a lot of the temples but not a good part of town. the street the hotel is on is very sketchy and the odor is overwhelming. spend the extra money to stay by the shopping district.

A nice clean hotel, the superior room was enormous, great proximity to Kho san road (5 mins walking) and Grand Palace. And 7-11 virtually next door. Bad points, TV choices in room were poor, could do with english speaking movie channels. The buffet breakfast included was below average with very little choice.

The area is run-down, but the hotel is tidy and clean, the staff mostly kind, with limited knowledge of English. It has excellent location if one is interested in history, but it is far from the skytrain

The hotekl is a good location as very near to Khao San Road. otel is cool for young travellers who are on a budget.
Only downside is the street traffic which can very very noisy throughout the night - I would not recommend a very long stay here.

The hotel was located to a more like run down town. Not able to find a proper place nearby for dinner when I arrive around 9pm at the hotel. Overall, location wise consider very quiet.Not happening at all.
