This is n excellent hotell with very friendly and helpfull staff, and if you ever go to Koh Samui you should stay at this hotell :-)

The staff in the hotel are impecable, the best I have ever experienced which made up for the slight disappointments of the hotel. Our double room had 2 twin beds pushed together, which I do not class as a double bed and our Garden view was that of a roof and a warehouse next door. The check in staff were accomodating and moved us to a better room, with 1 bed and a garden view of a wall (!). However, some of the rooms do have garden views and if booking this type I would recommend to specify where possible. Other type of room looked as described. Service is first class but the hotel prices are very inflated. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its cosy location, fantastic staff, nice clean pool area so long as you do not mind paying that bit extra.
