Construction work behind hotel site is heavier than led to believe by advice on website. Can be a little noisy and dusty at times, but did not overly detract from our stay as we were often out during the day.

Not at all what we were expecting. We had a pool access room, (big bucks during peak high season) yet we could not "access" the pool because it was the colour of milk. It took them 3 days to correct the chemical problem but yet they insisted on charging us full price for our "pool access room". They were not pleasant either.

Nice rooms, a little further from Patong than advertised, which wouldnt have been an issue if it werent for the unreasonable tuk-tuk drivers.

Good hotel, excellent view, fine location when you want to be close to Patong Beach, especially important when going on holiday with teenagers. Good staff, excellent rooms, very good value for money. Be aware that the hotel is not located on the beach and it is built on a hillside which means that you have to climb from the road to the reception and again to the rooms. A golf trolley is however available for luggage etc. Good gym and also able to climb the hill behind the hotel (through durian and rubber estate) which is an excellent excercise for those of you who like some serious hiking as excercise.

We would have liked to stay another 4 nights at the same price as we had booked before but the reception was not willing to give us the same price so we moved to another hotel.

Late check-out is charged with 700 Baht! The understanding and speaking of English in the reception is definitely under average.
