The exterior of the hotel was deceiving. It looked very old and the car park was wet. Luckily, the rooms was excellent. It is very clean and nice. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. Most of our request was done immediately. The staff even help to look after my daughters at the lobby while I walk over to the shop opposite the hotel to buy some last minute stuff. The staffs are knowledgeble and gave suggestions on the tourist spots around Lumut. We enjoyed our stay especially the children as they also have excellent pool.
