Great location. Only a 3 minutes walk to Chidlom BTS and shopping mall Central Chidlom. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - came fully equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, cutlery, bowls, plates,etc. Great for family. Easy to reheat and have light meals in the room. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Good value for money hotel. Only issue we had was finding the hotel at first due to the recent name change, however a great experience.

the hotel is great, all of the comforts of an apartment. The reception is exceptional; Chelsea, sammy and supranee. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant is far below industry standards however the restaurant has great potential.

Very disapointed with the smell from the rooms,no kitchen hood fix so the smell from the cooking done by the previous occupant make the horrible smell stick to the aircon,when the aircon is on the smell are blown out from the aircon unit.

the room has awful smell- like moist floor
the bathroom shower and toilet arrangement was bad
no sleepers and shower cap provided

Location, price and security makes Somerset Suwan a great place to stay especially travelling with family. Front desk service was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One little improvement is that the breakfast selection could have more variety.
