Regarding impresion of Bingtang Warisan hotel, location is really good - only 3 mins walk to Lot 10 and BB Plaza. But room is really old and no amenities there like tooth brush/paste, shower form, etc.. Most disappointend factor of this hotel which was able to watch only 5 local TV stations. It is really poor!!!! Especially while I am in KL, North eastern part of Japan hit big earthquike. Therefore I really wanted to get info from TV but local TV news stated less than 60mins on prime time news show. This was made me really disgusting.
If I book same grade hotel in Taipei or BKK, I can watch more than 120 TV channel in Taipei and 60 TV channel in BKK.
If above issue will not improved, I must book other hotel in Bukit Bintang area.

Location is great, within short walks to the major shopping malls. However, the hotel is quite run down. We stayed on 4th floor & our bathroom needs upgrading as looking old & grimy. The room could also do with a little renovating. However, our other family members stayed on 9th & 10th floor with better & newer bathrooms. Breakfast was very average. It would be better to go out & have it at the many cafes & restaurants. Overall, we would not go back, as there are many other budget friendly hotels around the area that look newer & better in condition.

Can issue the breakfast coupons based on the number of stays at one go instead of collecting each day. Lobby toilet always locked and must collect key from reception counter to use when having in house breakfast. Very troublesome!! Can have more variety for in house breakfast.

HOtel is due for upgrading. Looks shabby. Facilities r outdated eg tv with no cable. Rooms hv no door bells. Card board tags are hung on doors to remind cleaners either to clean up room or to be give privacy - the mischievious kids from next doors tend to change the tags asking for room to be cleaned when actually I put the "privacy needed" when i was taking a nap.

the hotel quiet good, but only the tv can not plug in the dvd audio in-put.
