Though hotel is a little run down, it is generally well-maintained. Looking forward to their refurbishment!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, food was good at the hotel room could have been bigger for three persons. But overall would recommend and stay again

The room is excellent. Its clean and even have a good view from my room 1816. What I love most, the room not only have bathtub but standing shower, which most hotel ignores this necessacity, which we always end up showering in the bathtub.

If you are entitled to use the Pacific Lounge then you will find the staff there to be extreemly helpful, friendly and courteous. Other guests are also very willing to talk with you there.
