Disappointing experience for a hotel in this category. Rate only included basic facilities, with all advertised features coming at extra cost. Hotel food bland and limited.

Perfect hotel directly on the beach. Good and safe for families. Good breakfast and friendly staff!!!

The Bang Tao Beach Resort, as it is known in the area, is in dire need of a good Manager to give the place an uplift. The resort is "tired", as are the staff. There are no "special" little touches anywhere in the hotel and anything you ask the staff is too much trouble. The bathroom we had flooded everytime we used the shower and continued to do that for the four days we were there. Even trying to order a taxi to the airport was too much trouble and we were asked to book from the taxi stand across the street from the hotel! This hotel is value for money indeed, but it does not leave any lasting impressions that would make anyone want to return.
