I arrived at 2:30 AM thus my first impression was that it was a small room and lots of steps to my room. In the morning I determined it was a nice place with 3 pools, a decent breakfast and very friendly staff. The service was very good and helpful. Excellent value for the dollar.

The superior room we started with was below standard expected with torn and shabby curtains and bedlinnen/covers.The door had a 2 centimeter wide gape allowing numerous lizards and insects free lodging in the rooom.The deluxe room we moved to was impecable.

It was a lovely hotel to stay in staff were friendly. There is a lot of steps despite having a lift so prepare for a fresh walk to your room. The pools closed at 7pm every evening which was a bit early. Food was not great in the main restaurant and we opted for local restaurants instead.

The room smelled of mould (probably from air conditioning). The room and the whole hotel is a bit worn. Luckily spent there only one night. Would not recommend to anyone. The only reason to stay there is the good location on Karon Beach.
