This is a very nice Hotel to stay in at AoNang.The staff are friendly and helpful,the restaurant food is great and it is nice an quiet at night.My only complaint would be that I am partly disabled and there are a lot of steps and no elevator we had to carry all of our luggage in from the road as there is no driveway.Would I stay there again? yes without any hesitation well appointed and well located Hotel.

Was not a 3 star hotel at all. 2 star would be a stretch. Not like Best Western Bayview in Samui, the staff there was excellent and rooms were perfect.
This place in Aonang was not "Best" Western at all. Worst more like it.
Food was cold evey morning too.

Located on main street of Ao Nang. Very strict on third person sharing the room. This is our first time having to pay for our teenage child sharing a hotel room with us.

A very pleasant experience. We were a bit dubious because we had read some less than good comments, however we found that the hotel was clean and very well appointed (the gardens which surround the accommodation blocks are fantastic), the rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, the room facilities above average and while the breakfasts were simple they were perfectly adequate and very tasty. All-in-all, we had a splendid holiday and would not hesitatae to stay at the Best Western again.

Probaly affected by incorrect behaviour of tourists in certain cases , the welcome in the hotel was unfortunately not caracterised bij the worldwide wellknown en highly appreciated courtesy of the Thai people. The "welcome" was quite cold and detached. The hotel is situated close to a busy road.

A good hotel overall, but the restaurant was below minimum standard. On one occasion, I found hair (several pieces) in my pasta dish. And during a morning buffet, I found a small metal staple in my scrambled eggs. They replaced the dish with the hair, but I did not show the staple to staff because it was our last day--I did not want to leave on a negative note. I suggest you inform the Hotel they need to tighten their food hadling practices.

I WILL NOT recommend this hotel. The ground arrangement to hotel was late for 30 mins. The receptionist was very rude, maybe because we are Asia. The room has very old and not working air-cond. The toilet does not work properly and the service staff do not speak English at all. They would not know what you need when you need help. Totally dissapointed to have such a bad experience with such a prestige Hotel. Other than that, Krabi is GOOD!
