It was a terrible experience, since the beginning. They asked for my credit card to charge a pre-authorization. They charged three times the authorization because their machine did not work, and they told me that my credit card did not work. at the end I had to pay the room without seing it!! When I entered the room, the bathroom was dirty. I tried to call the reception, but the phone was broken. So I had to go down to the reception (the hotel is very big, two towers)to tell them about the bath. Furthermore I had to go down againg because one hour after the check in, I was still waiting for my luggages. I am very upset with this hotel.

Magnifcent hotel in every thing.
I have one comment only , it is about the restaurant , they need to increase the capacity a little bit . otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

We arreived at 2.30 pm and while the room was not ready yet the guy at the reception wanted to argue with me that check in time is 3pm. Even after I showed him my reservation voucher with the check in time 2pm he insisted to be right. They offerered me an upgrade but this roon was also not ready yet. As I complained suddenly they found another room giving me a stupid excuse. The room was quite big and clean but the breakfast on the next morning was the worst I have experienced in KL so far. Less choices of food in a very poor decorated breakfast room ( not even 2 star ). Thank god we had some extra food from the day before. Checking out I had to deal again with someone who cant read. The girl asked me to pay the full amount not realising that I had already paid a deposit. I explained a few times that 351 MYR minus 111 MYR is 240 MYR ( as stated on my voucher ) but that was to difficult for her. So i asked for her supervisor which was able to solve the issue . Having stayed in more than 12 different 4/5 star hotels in KL that was definitely the worst one and we will not come again.

The receptionist does not have a good command of English. He did not make me feel comfortable and did not performed well as a 5-star receptionist. What a disappointment.

I have staied in the hotel in Aug. The hotel is overloaded, long queues evrywheres (left, breakfast...)

Their should be anr hor protecool @ brekfast time, at this time we saty at long line waiting our time to be seated and when you are seated the food is below the avearege comparing with the other hotes
