Good location, being attached to the mall with a BIG Theme Park, my children loves it, playing at the Theme Park, basically the whole day from 12pm - 9pm, occassionally going back to the hotel for a rest and then back to the theme park.

I like the rooms style, and its location near many shopping centers and its a good time to spend our holiday there and specially for our children.

My family likes the location of the hotel which is next to Berjaya Times Square where food, shopping and entertainment are easily reached. Staff is friendly and response time for assistance is prompt.

No hot water for couple of hours. T.V door fell off hinges, lucky not to be injured. Made booking for Taxi to airport, but was not done, even after I confirmed again, night before we left.
