Room configuration was weird, TV reception was extremely bad, unable to watch programs. Carpet was dirty, in need of vacuming and carpet cleaning. Need to turn on water heater for 15 mins before taking a shower

The room is clean and is worth the money especially the morning breakfast but the services during check in time are quite poor.

The room was fantastic and awe inspiring. Also the right next door mall is the best ever where you can stay late and just go straight up to your room anytime.

IT WAS FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY IN KL WITH SHOPPING MALL & THEME PARK WITHIN ITSELF WITH SUCH GOOD PRICES TO PAY FOR EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION & SERVICES FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY DECIDED WHENEVER I WILL TRAVEL TO KL,MY STAY WILL BE IN BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE.

The reception staff who attended to me on the 28/11/2007 @ 3am was very very helpful. Though his name tag was not on, i would like to thank the gentlemen who assisted to my prompt request upon my arrival. Very pleased with the whole service provided by the hotel staffs.

We are quite surprised by the bad smell from the toilet upon checking in the room. The smell lingered all the time during our stay. The marble flooring is not clean at all. The lighting in the bath room was poor.

Maintenance at the hotel was terible, on the first morning, there was no hot water(cold showers) this was subsequently fixed but broke down again on the second day and my room had to be changed, there was no bell service provided for this change. In the new room the the toilet was blocked on 3 occassions and had to be attended to, which was eventually corrected. At no time did hotel management attempt to ease my frustration, there was no better offers made and in light of all these problems refused to extend my check-out time.
There was no service questionaire carried out on check-out as well.
All in all it was a very disapointing experience and will not recommend this hotel to any other.

Excellent value for money, the hotel is great, the view, facilities, service and people are excellent. Probably an improvement in the morning buffet providing different options per day, after 3 days you can not find what more to try :-( However the food in the afternoon was great. As an important adds, the direct access to the shopping mall and to the Monorail station. In conclusion I highly recomend this hotel.

The room was dusty, don’t think they vacuum very often and the location of the A tower means a long trek for breakfast.
