The hotel was good, but crowded especially during the breakfast time. The service and support was very good. Did not have a varierty of activities for kids. Table Tennis, Squash etc had to be paid extra! In other hotels they are part of the package. Overall good place to stay.

Room cleanliness needs to improve. The room #35-08 which I have stayed, the toilet bowl was choked on the second day. I need to change room for the third night. Toilet seat cover has stain, they must be replaced to ensure room hygiene. Hair dyer is a 2-pin plug (#35-05), need to replaced with a 3-pin plug so that its usable in a 3 socket.

6 units of hotel lifts are being shared by visitors to the shopping centre. Thus the heavy usage from Basement to Ground floor hold up the lifts, resulting in long waiting time and packed lifts.

I was hesitating about booking this hotel when I read the mixed reviews. I had a superior suite at the 1st tower. The suite was quite big. About 56sqm. It had a mini coffee/tea facilities, dining table and a living area. The bedroom was separated. It had 2 toilets. The suite we had was great. We had no complaints about the amenities within the room. We paid the price about S$150. Value for money. The breakfast was goood. The shopping centre connected to the hotel, was not as interesting as I expected. Overall, I would say we had a pleasant and luxurious stay in this hotel. Will stay again if we pop by to Malaysia again.

Pros
Breakfast was very good. Shopping mall in the same building. Los of eating outlets available. Indor Theme Park. Rooms is very spacious for family of 4
Cons.
Bed mattress was of poor quality sag in the middle.
Toilet door was faulty.
