Do not particularly like the room arrangement, was not able to open the closet door entirely as it was too cramp in the room. Air condition was not cool enough, in my allocated room the curtain railing was broken and was on the floor when we checked in.

This is very bad hotel to stay, the cleanliness and services are terrible. Hotel aircond is not working, water in the shower is leaking out to the floor, towel and bed sheets requested many time before the delivery, there is no other amenities to provide to guest like voltage converter, and the staffs are very poor in English so they can not understand when asking for help.
Room was not make up to standard, no carpet vacum, table were not wipe out,
housekeeping was rushing to finish, left dirty towel on the floor, trash were not taken out even asking for it.
Services for Breakfast is terrible, the staff were acting like we are begging for food. They are no curtesous and respect to guest.
I have never seen any hotel had such bad services and dirty like this one and still rating at 4 star hotel. This should be rated at 2 star instead.
I will not come back to this hotel again. Recommending to choose hotels at KLCC instead of Bukit Bingtang area.

We had the deluxe studio suite, It was roomy, with enough running around space for our two young children. The layout was also good, not too crowded and the views of the city was awesome. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and it is only $9 taxi ride from KLCC and about 20 mins walk to Bukit Bintang and the new Pavillion shopping haven. However we were told we had the Corporate Club package but were not informed what the package actually entails. Felt like any other booking.. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again

Rooms were spacious, had some problems with electrical connections on the lights which were notified but were not fixed by the time we left. The air conditioner did not get the suite rooms down to the temperature desired but did not concern us that much.Buffet Breakfast can get a little crowded after 9am.
