Access via lift can be cumbersome, but we got used to it having stayed a number of times. The rooms need to be refurbished, especially the bathrooms - signs of aging and looking run down.

The inventory of items were not correct. when we use the facilities like swimming or Gym we have to pay for the towels. Otherwise the service is quite good

Overall the accomodation is good. The surrounding area is very safe even when I walk at night. Shopping is easily accessible and as for the halal food there were a lot of choices around the area and is easily available even when it was quite late at night.

I wish the car park facilities are offered free. Tenants have to bear the first RM5, which means that every time the car is parked, it would cost RM5. Most hotels offer free parking and it is surprising that Berjaya does not.

The hotel structure is quite old, but the facilities are ok. We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite and the a/c was in good condition. Hotel location is the best - located right on the Bintang Walk.
