How can the housekeeping staff bring their children along to work and let them play at the recreation centre.?? They create nuisance and disturbing the guest. There is one housekeeping person , a lady ( who brought her children there) are very RUDE!! The bangladesh worker like to stare at women which happen to be my wife. The room tv has broken remote control. air con is leaking. flooring were cracked. Wardrobe doors jammed. toildets and other doors are also jammed

Value for money and excellent location. However, the facilities need to be upgraded and apartment need to be refurbished. There were many pigeons and pigeon droppings outside the window of the bedroom. The water heater overheated and hot water flowed to the bedroom floor. Response was quick and problem was rectified. There were no cable tv or dvd player or internet access in the rooms. It would be nice to have those. Towels for the pool were charged. Washing and drying of clothes was also charged. It should be free.

The service was very good. Our aircon in the room broke and they moved us instantly into another room. We had a lovely view of the Petronas Towers.

All the staffs at the reception was friendly and helpful..A very welcoming experience for me after a long travel..Will definately come back for more!EXCELLENCENT service provided from the staffs on duty!Even the COFFEE BEAN staffs were fun to interact with when i was catching up on my daily dose of Chocolate drink!Thanks for the wonderful experience!

it was horrible. the rooms were nothing like the pictures, they were REALLY low rent, and the bathroom was appalling- not even sanitary, let alone nice!!!
the website is a COMPLETE CON. it was a CRAP experience! dont try it!

Excellent location with only a short walking distance to main shopping centres. The suites are okay, clean and spacious, not for those looking for luxury suites. Overall, I would recommend this place to budget travellers, or big families who do not mind the average furnishings of the suites.
