Very good location and convenient rooms. Commons spaces are a bit dull.

The only words I can use to describe the suite I was expected to stay is that it was a dump, dark, dingy, dirty with poor furniture etc, more for a couple of labourers looking for a cheap room for work!

got a one bedroom with kitchen. furnishings very old. kitchen incomplete.. the cooking utensils are poor. at arrival, the room smells, had to ask for air fresheners. stayed there for 2 days, then second day, no towels was provided, had to request for towel twice before it was sent. Location was the main reason, and given that all the other hotels were fully booked. I will prob not come back unless choice is limited..

This Hotel was stated with 4 stars. I will say this was only 1.5 stars hotel.
The room was used with old and damaged furnitures. The hole Hotel should been renovated. We also suffer of fleabites from the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

KL Plaza Suites provides excellent value for money. It is also strategically located along Bukit Bintang. You have to be careful though about mentioning "Berjaya" as drivers tend to refer to the more popular Berjaya Times Square.
I strongly suggest that the map to this hotel should identify easily identifiable landmarks such as the Pavillion, or Planet Holleywood, whose brand logo is visible even from the Bukit Bintang intersection.
While the price of the hotel is good, the hotel can do better with cleanliness. The walkways show signs of deterioration and needs repainting.
The staff are generally nice, accommodating and always ready to answer your queries. It is also important for guests to remember that this is a self-service apartment, so you have to literally move your luggages by yourself.

Arrived to run down dirty smelly rooms, briown stains on towels, air conditioner broken down, dirty bath/toilet/shower, toilet not flushing properly. Tried to get refund for money paid but they refused so we bit the bullet and looked elsewhere to stay.
