The condition of the rooms are the worst ever rooms i ever stayed comparing with those 2-3star hotels, local or European and UK.
Why? upstairs bath, we can hear the shower and talking from the other rooms, there is lots of dust too.
lighting, no bright enough.

Please do not stay here - it was bad! The first room had a broken air-con. The second a broken toilet. The breakfast service was atrocious (poor selection and bad service) and the front counter staff did not seem to know their jobs - i.e. refunding deposits or even web confirmations or reservations. Concierge could not give directions to hotel from highway! Am going to file formal complaint with their head office.

We enjoyed through out our 2day stay. Friendly hotel crews and good F&B. Good location - within comfortable driving distance to town centre, Gurney Drive Food Court and the beach.

actually this hotel comfortable. it stay in the middle penang. easy for us to go anywhere.

Berjaya Georgetown Penang is not up to the expectations and the branding. Was disappointed and let down.

Good hotel and service.. have plenty of place can go from the hotel as mall, food and places. but the room are quick old need to do some maintanance and had its cirgerate smell. but in total for 4 star hotel its goood only its room need to do something with it...
