The Hotel is excellent however certain rooms are extremely small.

Although easy to reach and well-served by public transport, we were disappointed to be allocated rooms in the basement. Rather pokey corridors not easy to manoeuvre luggage. TV did not work. On departure, excellent service from the gentleman retrieving our luggage from the store and with assistance to the taxi.

Grreat value in London hotels due to location, Underground stop proximity, cleanliness, & generous continental breakfast. Room 230 is distractingly noisy due to proximity to air handling & shower is barely large enough to use. Bar/restaurant & room temperature is warm even when outside summer air temperature is cool.

I was in room 219 which is next to the stairway and lift. The room was very, very noisy. It was impossible to sleep because of noise from the lift, stairway and noise from outside.

The shower space was too small. There was odour smell in the toilet.

Good clean hotel in excellent location, value for money. Some rooms a bit small and not all rooms have lift access. Would recommend
