A really nice small hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was the best we encountered on our Thailand trip.Will definately use this hotel again

We had orginally booked the benyada @ sea room but on arrival when seeing the room we were very unhappy. The state of the room for the amount we were paying was disgusting, for an extra 14,000 Bht we upgraded to the suite. It wasnt much better but a difference. The room pictures online look nothing like the real deal. Seeing we were on the 4th floor and having NO lift the 70 or so stairs many times a day really got annoying.There is no room service at all & the restruant closes at 11pm. On many occasions we requested a wake up call at a resonable time (8am) but never received it. Seeing we didnt have a alarm clock or even a clock in our room we werent always sure on the time. Due to no wake up call we slept throught the breakfast times and were not able to be served breakfast even at their fault. On the days we did wake up in time for breakfast it wasnt worth the jurney down the stairs. The pankcakes we hard as a rock & the lady staff at the front desk were very blunt & rude. Over all it was a very very unpleasant stay and i will not return. The roof top pool is far from a pool. It was perhaps half metre deep on both ends. Never even bothered to swim in that. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And before i forget the airconditioner spit out chucks of ice meting all our belongings. And roughly once every 2-3 days power went off for around 45 minutes.

Highly recommend this hotel, staff and service was very good. The roof bar was fantastic (even though it hadn`t opened for the season we got our dinner brought up there - what a wiew!!!)
