On checking in we were shown our apartment and after 3 tries (1 hour later)found one that had electricty. At once you are hit by a very bad musty damp odour.The towels and bedding were also smelly.We 0pened the windows but that too was a mistake as you had a open sewer running directly behind our rooms.We stayed only two hours and checked out. Travelling as a large family with children it was a very bad experience.This is no castle!

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No mirror in bath rooms!,Lift was nit working.Air con was not working so had to shift rooms.Very poorly located and have to walk a long way about 800 meters to the road.No activity around or on the premises except a pool. Some food courts opens just outside the main gate at nights but dirty and poor quality and no beer. You are thousand time better off staying at cenang for half the money. I dont know how or where this hotel got its star rating from may be they steal them.If you are looking for the tropical paradise theb you will not find it here. It is hell total waste of time. Room service left the used food dishes my children ordered out side the room for 24 hours that is the kind of service you can get here. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

There was no bathtub & shower was fixed. Hot water adequate. Surcharge on late check-out quite frustrating.

hotel is basic, nothing much to shout about. Beds are nice and firm, showers work, towels are clean.
Cockroach was in the room, scurrying around. Hotel staff was called up, and the problem was dealt with.
If u decide to stay here, request for a room with a window facing the bay, magnificent views. The hotel pool has a fantastic location, overlooking the bay, giving the effect that the pool and ocean are one. All in all, not a bad stay for the price

I reserved a 03 bed room appartment with an assurance from hotel information at 06 adults and 03 children can stay in the appartment, when we reached there, the hotel staff denied the information being displayed at latestays.com, the hotel staff said that the appartment can accomodate 06 adults only. However, when entered into the appartment, it was not as per any of the specificatins. Only 04 adults and 01 children can stay there as 01 room was a very small room with a single bed and no attached bathroom.

Good Reviews when check through web site, but very disappointed with room and services. room dirty and air cond problem, some time air cond was not cooling. Cheater by web Site. Just the seaview can attract me only. but for my vacation room and hotel services is vy important. i wont stay again at this hotel.

The hotel is nice and it was placed not too far away from Town. However, during check out, it will be good if there are more staff at the counter as I waited quite awhile to check out. The staff was overwhelmed with guests and her attention was spread very widely (serving 2 to 3 guests at one time) thus even after I am served, I waited for quite awhile for the printed receipt. Nevertheless, it was a good hotel.
