Absolutely no service, it is do it yourself but it is fine as long as the price is competitive... The food at the chinese restaurant was excellent. Good parking facilities. Excellent choice for independant ressorceful traveller.

Room is very specious, comfortable. But the drainage in the bath room is not very well. The bath tub with Jazcuzi was built too high up. Location is very convenience as just outside, there is a bus stop to Makota Parade and Central.

This was not a superior room but a terrible room.Bathroom condition very bad,mirror half covered with big black spot.Toilet roll cover not clean.Flushing water of toilet did not stop.Carpet in room very dirty and full of spots.Mirror very dirty.I would say maybe 2 stars.

Excellent staffs at the front desk. But coming out from the lift at the lobby, no proper sign to direct to the reception. (Maybe i missed it)

I have stayed in many hotels around SE asia and in my opinion this hotel is not a four star hotel. In Thailand or Singapore this would be 3 stars. When we arrived there was no welcoming staff, we had to sruggle wih our own luggage and there was no one to direct us to the reception. The room was adequate but the cleanliness was not. The swimming pool was small and out of order anyway. The breakfast was adequate but the service was poor.
