Very good 4-star hotel, courteous & helpful staff, good location in Kuah town, within walking distance to shops & jetty. Although clean & tidy, room furniture slightly old. In the room where I stayed, there were tiny water drips from the ceiling in the toilet that need attention. My wife & I are very happy with the hotel and will certainly stay there again when we next visit Langkawi.

This is the second time I stayed at Bayview Hotel Langkawi. I noted there is some improvement for the room management, especially is the speed up time for make up room. The first experience was last year Hari Raya, perhaps they were busy, coz we had been waiting for few hours for make up the room upon checking in. The only 1 thing was regret was the staff working in the coffee house did not perform her pleasant look to the guests, quite fierce !! Haha... But my average comment still ok lah.

The staff are helpful, and polite. All of them can answer my question about travelling Langkawi properly.
More food choice of breakfast is preferred, such as sandwiches, pancake.

Pleasant and clean room. Breakfast buffet could include more variety. Easily accessible to almost every part of the island due to its location being at the heart of Kuah town..

Enjoyed our stay here. Front Office staff were helpful and courteous. Will come back when we visit Langkawi again!

The rooms were excellent and huge for a deluxe sea view room. You could actually fit 4 people instead of 3. The bathroom were clean and easy as the shower and bathtub is seperate. Though there is not enough towel hanger in it. The food is great but during the two days breakfast there was not much variety and there are some repetition on the meal.

The deluxe suite room is very big especially the toilet and facing the sea, the view was wonderful, the staff very helpful and especially front desk and the concierge. I and my wife really facinated with the location and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members
