hotel rooms very tired looking, very bad smells from water & outside room, fabulous views from room but poor value for money.

Lovely hotel, only 10 mins walk into center so nicely distance away from the busy part of town. Beach lovely, staff fantastic, restaurant very nice. Rooms comfortable and nice and private. Would definately recommend

its a convenient and exclusive place. can walk to ton sai town or take long tail boat. great sea view and a tiring but worthwhile trip uphill to the luxury hut. service staffs need to brush up their english skills. service slow and staffs should smile more.
All in all, good 4 star resort with lots of romantic atmosphere. enjoyed.

Very nice and silent location.Excelent breakfast.Just first day swimming pool out of use.I missed internet for price i payed for a hotel.It was all time of my stay out of service.Little bit far from main shopping and eating area but not so much.Just 10 minutes by walk.But overall i was satisfied with my stay at Bay View.

For the price, it was worlds better than the other facilities phi phi had to offer. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and in good condition, and the inclusive breakfast was above par.

Bay View Resort was a lovely spot to spend a few days. The location was great and the views from our balcony excellent. Only downside was a bar in the township which played very loud music until 2am both nights we were there. The base shook our room and made sleep a very hard thing to achieve.
