Good service and experience on arrival and departure friendly staff. rooms kept clean and staff always friendly and helpful, Rooms next to the road are noisy that why they are cheaper . Pool jacuzzi was not working fro half day but staff worked on it right away once told them, only get sun in the afternoon. Food good at Hotel good at one at restaurant breakfast is 295bht which is expensive for the area.
Good location only 2-3mins to Patong beach and Shakers bar just next to hotel good food great value. Open Clothes Market 200m area, be prepared to bargain hard to get good price start with start offering less than half the starting price. Shirts 150-250bht Shorts 200-350 Jeans 900-1200bht, caps 150-350bht sandals 200-400 you can alwayts just walk away as you have so many shops with the same things, best prices at the back market shops. Scooter rental 200-300 per day, Transfer from airport get metered taxi costs only 400bht and return 600bht .THis was our 5th time to phuket we go scuba diving and had good experience with Marina Divers. Sorry to say that the staff were very unfriendly. Very nice rooms, nothing to complain about there. We moved because of the location, it was at the wrong side of town for us.

Comfortable but noisy in my room 2302.The bed head was right against the wall with air con outside. Hear it all night. Too many smokers next to pool and get to the pool early as the towels go on the seats and no one around for an hour. I will stay again but in a different room. Singles bed instaed of a double which I asked for.I was only there for 3 days.

Well located to all that Patong has to offer.Rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel has a great pool area.Rooms in the front building facing the main road are very noisy so try to avoid.

Very nice hotel rooms are in excellant condition and cleaned every day. Excellant facilities.
Only problem I had was it was very difficult to communicate with staff
