the location is excellent and most convienient to all facilities, the roadside bars are such a great idea because you are always a part of the buzz on the road and you have the most beautiful views. I will definitely choose Baanthi Beach Resort as my holiday destination again.

the location is the best as it is directly across the road from the beach. & the 2 bar counters located just at the entrance by the road are ideally located too. e staff are generally very polite & nice excpet for 1 lady at the reception who served us when we checked out, we felt that she was rather rude in the way she talked and handled us.

Great location, very clean and modern with a classical Thai touch. Never knew such a place existed right in the middle of Patong! Friendly and excellent service. Will come back the next time!

Although our room was not what we asked ( a king instead we received a twin), the hotel tried to rectify the problem but pushing 2 twin beds together for us. We couldnt get out of the bed on one side and the lamp was hitting the bed on the other side. After my complaint, they tried to move us to another room which I turned down because of privacy. I ended up loving our room because we were at the very end and pretty secluded. There was alot to offer in the breakfast buffet. All the staff except for 1 woman was very helpful, friendly and professional. This is a great hotel for the money. If you do not plan on spending alot of time in your room you might was to consider not going with the deluxe room ith a jacuzzi ad just direct pool access. Save the money and the pool is right outside your door.

the pick up and late check out was arranged via the email, no pick up at the airport on the day of arrival, had a trouble of getting a late check out, despite the written conformation. Renovations on the 12th in the room a few doors down the corridor woke us up at 8am!!!. Took 2 days to change 1 light globe on the veranda.
