Good location. Trainee Karoliina in reception is really professional. Ask for no smoking room, those are better shape than smoking rooms. Ms. Karoliina at reception is really professional.

Excelleny location. Near to all amenities and food/ shopping outlets. Hotel rooms were quiet and private

The hotel was excellent in term of location, facilities, breakfast and privacy. However for the money you pay, you should expect when you go into the room, there is this "wow" feeling, sadly I did not. Staffs are generally very friendly and helpful.

we were very happy with the hotel. the service was great - they even sent a fruit basket and cake to the room for my birthday... the pool access rooms were wonderful - highly recommended.
probably the only two little downfalls were the hard beds - seems to be common in thailand - and that we felt the price and quality of the restaurant was somewhat high.

the deluxe pool room is great, my son just walk into the pool from the room. the in room wireless function is not to standard. the system tends to hang. End up the keyboard provided causes more inconvenience.

Generally a nice resort with clean and cosy room. Resort is centrally located. As I was staying in the luxury room, there was free wireless internet connection for my laptop, a plus point for me.

Nice, convenient, clean hotel with pleasant/nice staff. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Reasonable value. I would stay here again.
