Very dirty, I found coackroaches in my room. The housekeeper used to take the empty can and snaeckers bags from the bin and put them beside the mini bar basket.......to be sure what I had from the minibar?????

Other hotels have good service attitude and will try to help customers solving their problem instead of bangkok palace service staff keep telling customers that NO SIR NO SUCH THING SIR.

Gymnasium was good and included 3 treadmills. Pool size OK when not too busy but might be too deep for young children and poorer swimmers.
