We stay 2 nights at the hotel, but they dont clean the room, dont change towels and we dont get drinkingwater.

I thought the service for the money was innaceptable. I never complain about naything, however, the food service was consistently bad, my room was incredibly noisy, the showere was hot and cold, the movie service was broken, and on a few occasions, I sat at the bar, and it took over 30 mintues for someone to even approach me to see if I wanted anything. I was very dissapointed.

Nice quite hotel in a busy town. Very good restaurants and spa facilities. The dinner cruise offered at the hotel is not so good as promised.

With the exception of the check in staff, the service at the hotel is very poor. Whilst it appears to cater for children - the sad fact is it does not. My rate room included access to the club lounge, however when we went to the lounge the second night we were asked to keep our children (who were playing at a table next to ours) "under control". Apparently children are not welcome in the club lounge. When we tried to order a babysitter we were told the babysitter was booked (one sitter for a hotel this size!?). I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with children under 10.

Being the first time I was very much surprised to see the profesional staff, always helpfull and fast to respond. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful view on the river. Services and facilities are at a high level. A recommendation when you plan to stay in Bangkok.
