Everything is fine until the time we check out. We called the concierge to pick up our luggages from our room, but we have been waiting for more than 20 minutes and made another call in between but still no one attended to us. Eventually we have to move our luggages using the trolley ourselves, walking some distance to the reception for check out. I hope they would not repeat the same kind of situation to the next customer

The Hotel was beautiful! The staff was plentiful and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. However, the bed in our room smelled. We thought it was the sheets and had Housekeeping change them but the smell came back in the night. So, we slept on top of the bed covers.

The hotel is very nice and the facilities are good, all staff are friendly and helpful.
Double Check your bill before leaving, we had mistakes in the three rooms we booked.
All is all it is really recommended to stay in this Hotel.

Hotel was wonderful. Service was great and all were courteous, and pleasant. Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade at extra cost. We accepted and the room, a junior suite with full balcony (only one of two that we noted) on the club floor was great! It really added to the experience!

We stay 2 nights at the hotel, but they dont clean the room, dont change towels and we dont get drinkingwater.
