Although this is a 4 stars hotel, it is in a run down state. Spring poking our back when sleeping on the bed. Toilet ventilation was poor and stale smell. Breadfast was boring, little variety and poor quality. Service was poor and unprofessional. Will not stay here again. Some 3 stars hotels such as THE VIRA is very much better then Bali Rani.
