Staff very courteous and helpful. However bathroom and rooms very ordinary, need total renovation.
Breaks in tiling everywhereand then roughly put togther.
Cracks in plaster.
False locked door that was constantly rattling.
Noisy air con.
Food spills on tablecloths and linen in restaurant.
Poor food hygeine.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Could do with refurbishing.

The hotel is accessible to most shopping malls around it, including the night markets. The only flaw is the distance to the nearest skytrain station which took me around 15 mins walk. Overall the service and condition is good, but occassionally you see some tiny cockroach.

If not for the location I would not stay in this hotel. Bad lighting, mattress old and ruin. Comforter lousy,Bedspread is unclean. Skin felt itchy. Could not sleep

the location is near to budget shopping area, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. Just the air con. in my room is noisy and warm. All the facilities look quite old. Overall is ok.

Facilities in room is not complete, no tissue, no replacement of toilet roll. To my surprise I was charged for a broken glass at Baht 50. I noticed a crack when I check-in (somehow or rather it got broken when I fill the glass with water). I am not happy with the cashier; she is very rude and unfriendly.
