Facilities OK, location bit far from city but good if you want to have a look at local life at Pratunam area. Our room on 66th floor, windows very small but view very nice! Staff at reception desk not friendly at all, do not expect any smile from Baiyoke personel!

Location of Baiyoke Sky is ideal for shopping at Pratunam. Value for money. Great buffet breakfast and room view.

This is an excellent establishment, close to many things including the best shopping in Bangkok. I received the best service from all of the staff at the hotel, will definately be coming back for another stay.

The housekeeping is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was asking for additional bath towels since I dipped into the pool, I told him to gave me an extra towels since I am very specific with that, but he said " how many guests in the room and said that he would send someone to check the room and see if I have guest with me because I am not authorize to have one!!!!

In General, it was considered good. However, the minus point will be the air-con within the hotel and the rooms are not cold enough often resulting the air too dry.

The room is spacious. The food is good. The view is excellent. But it is a bit crowded and traffic congested. Quite busy and confusing. Not recommended if you are looking for a romantic ambiance or a peaceful stay. Recommended for family and those want to shop for cheap garment (Near to Pratunam Market).
