Lobby is as lovely as the reception staff. The room is a bit rundown, but reasonably clean. Generally, i think is good value for the price, and the free shutter to Siam paragon is a nice touch.

Staff were friendly. Hotel lobby is well furnished. Nice theme at every floor.

Very old and basic hotel. Non smoking room would have been preferable. Wouldnt stay there again in a hurry. Quite hard to find as off the main road in back street. Staff were friendly.

We have travelled a lots, but we have never faced with so kind staff like in Baiyoke Boutique Hotel. Good value for the price. Location is also good, many place to shop near by. We choose this hotel if we go back to Bangkok again. We wish all the best from Hungary.

The service of the hotel staff is excellent.They cater to your ever needs. The ambience is fantastic and I like the decoration of the hotel. The rooms are neat and tidy. Awesome experience!! Three thumbs UP!!!
