Good location. But hotel is too basic for this price. The room door is not safe. If you forget to lock, you will leave your door unlock for the day. Very insecure. Sound proff is lousy.
Will not stay again definately.

Value for money, definately recommend to friends and would always stay there again whenever in bangkok. Private and out of the way of the noise, a very good location and very convienant. Friendly door staff and A++ service.

Hotel that is very valued for money. Dont be deceived by the bricky exterior as the interior looks great. For first timer, it is good to note that it is located behind Baiyoke Sky hotel. There are three Baiyoke hotels within that area, so state "Baiyoke Boutique Hotel".

Friendly staff. Value for money. Areas for improvement:- 1.Refurbish Washroom as it does not match the chic & comtemporary concept. A foul smell also comes from the washroom. Water flow is "small" for a gd bath. Pls take away the bath tub to make way for a proper bathing area. 2. CLEANLINESS - spotted hair on clean bedsheet, on one ocassion, dustbin was not cleared. 3. SAFE DEPOSIT - Instruction not clear & difficult to use. 4. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE - may extend longer from 7 pm till 10pm would be ideal, especially for guests who are returing back from MBK area. Overall experience was still good given the reasonable price that we paid for. Hope to see improvements next time if we come back...CHEERS!

Having stayed at the Baiyoke Sky before Iwas expecting better but what do you expect for 1300 baht. Its so hard to find a good cheap hotel in Bangkok. The location is pretty bad , of all the areas in Bangkok this has got to be one of the dirtiest I will avoid in future.Room though was clean, bed was good and the staff were ok.Shame the colour scheme in the rooms was so dark and the bathrooms had yet to be renovated.

Overall, not a bad hotel. The lobby picture on the net does not do a justice for the actual look. The room was ok but an air-conditioner was not in good condition while the bathroom was a bit smeely.
Since i am very particular about my hotel room, i would rate this hotel 5/10

Friendly and pleasant staff. Nice furnished lobby. Good location, with nice night markets and shopping malls surrounding the area.

The hotel is not easy to find when you get there for the first time. The hobby is very clean and welcoming, but the rooms are not so well appointed and the bathroom is quite old. We tried to open the window but it was locked and the reception informed us that it was not possible to open. There was nearby a train running every 20 minutes, so the room was very noisy.
The only positive is that the bed was very confortable.
I believe that you can get a better hotel at the same price in Bangkok in the same area.
