Will not stay there again!
Was told that my room would not be ready until 2pm even though their checkout time was mid-day.
The TV was a small 17" flatscreen (my PC monitor is bigger than that).
The TV channels we very basic with no movie channels at all.
The mattress felt like it was older than I was.
The decor was cheap and tacky. For example on the bathroom wall they have a pic of a girl sitting down on the toilet with her underwear around her ankles. The slogan above it says "Have a Nice Stay".
The bathroom walls were bare and cracked.
The shower leaked so the bathroom floor would be flooded after every use.
No decent restaurant, instead you get a coupon at check-in for a restaurant at another nearby hotel!
Wi-Fi is 200 baht an hour or 400 baht a day (it is normally 5-600 baht a month in Bangkok).
There is currently construction on the top floor so be prepared for lots of banging all day.
There is a railway line running directly beside the hotel which is in use throughout the day.
They are currently constructing the BTS Airport Express line right beside the hotel too.

Not very happy because we were made to pay 50 Baht for a broken cup in our room, when in other hotels, this would be waived out of good will. How much would a cup cost?? Minor niggles like this spoils the general feel-good factor of a holiday.

I have my regular Hotel I have always stayed at over many years visiting Bangkok but I noticed photos of this Hotel on the Internet and liked the look of it so I booked there. It is pobably unfair to other Hotels in the Pratunam area to comment after only staying there for one night but it is a very impressive Hotel. It lacks the old world charm of some of the other Hotels but I think this could be a wake up call to them.It was modern, clean and well appointed. The room was large and at night it is very quiet and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok who wants to be near the night markets and the IT centre at Pantip. Security is not a problem and there were plenty of taxiz in the area..ten out of ten.

Hotel is good located but not so good inside. The lobby is great, but room (i stayed in deluxe) was not very convenient - very noisy (i hear all things in corridor and near room talking), have only one small window, bathroom is very small (and my bathroom was in renovation process - half part was without tiles), air-conditions was very noisy.
