The hotel was good and the location fantastic. They did not overcharge on other facilities, such as motorbike, drinks, food etc ...
However, the reception staff were cold and uninviting.
The biggest dissapointment was that we order a seaview room in which the sea was completely obscured by trees. We were then treated with disdain and told, to book the executive seaview room for a seaview, our protests of the slight distinction of the word seaviews and seafront were treated with utter contempt. We were simply told, "it is only another 300 baht, what is the problem" In retort I said, well we will keep our seafront room and please deduct 300 baht fell on flat ears.
However, despite that, and the thawing out of the management the stay was quite enjoyable.
