Stunning resort. Beach front villa was fantastic, especially for kids and the staff were incredibly helpful with our 8 month ood baby.

I loved every moment of my stay at Baan Taling Ngam. It is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff is attentive and very helpful.

The facilities are great with a breathtaking sea view. However there is a severe lack of communication from Management. One day, they restricted the access to the beach (only a very small part of it was still available) and the bigger swimming pool - of two - from 3 pm onwards as they were organising a wedding. We were not offered any alternative what is very frustating when you have paid to get full access to all the facilities. We also could not sleep that night as the music was very loud all night! This obvious unfair treatment is clearly unacceptable from a 5 star resort. All the guests were really upset but Management did not seem to care. I am not sure whether I will recomend this resort as the service was very poor. Anyway, if you decide to go ahead, just make sure they do not organise any wedding events during your stay and do not expect anything from Management.

Brilliant Location, Lovely Staff but the hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. Public Areas poorly maintained, tiles missing from swimming pools and paint falling off walls everywhere. F & B prices ridiculous. Also over 1100BHT for a six minute phone call to Australia is excessive.
