Small Hotel and everything very new. Staff is like a family-resort. Feels really comfortable with the people runnung the place. Looking after you very polite, friendly and helpful. BIG, BIG PLUS. I can recommand for somebody may needs a good location and not likes to stay in a bigger Hotel. I will go there again for sure. (juse a 5 min walk to Asok-station. For tourists probably two Minus: no nice few from the room, second, the direct soi and entrance area is not so nice and clean.

Nice cute hotel with a very quiet location. Rooms are more than fair with a modern bathroom. Hotel offers free internet and some dvds for a late night movie. Overall very friendly familyhotel absolutly worth the price.

I arrived early- about 8am. Not surprisingly at that hour my room was not ready. nevertheless, the manageress/owner offered me the use of another room until mine was ready. She then offered me breakfast too.
Each day I was greeted warmly by name- a nice personal touch.
I have been a regular visitor to Bangkok for 14 years and this is easily the very best hotel I have stayed in. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very quiet, very lovely customer service, clean, perfect location close to the skytrain and shopping. All good and I shall probably stay there again if the prices remain so good
