This is a great Hotel, very nice pool area away from the main road but still very near the beach and all the shopping.
The rooms are amazing, very big and superb bathroom, and a good wifi service as well.
Great location if you want to get away from it all when you go back to your room but still want to be in the heart of patong.
Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent location however the older section and facilities are in decline. Insufficient lighting and dark decor are the main drawbacks. Not having tea / coffee making facilities were a major disappointment. The staff were very good and helpful. The pet orange cat at your hotel was the main higlight. Please look after and fed the orange cat. If I could have brought the cat to Australia, I would have. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time.

At this time, the hotel was building an extension wing, so it was noisy during the day with the building works. During the night until about 01 AM, it was noisy with the live band playing every night. My deluxe room had no bath, only shower. Appart from these points, a fine hotel, but better value for same money can and should be found.

Unfortunately on this visit which is our third visit we had no prior knowledge of the renervations that were taking place at the hotel. During the day it was extremely noisey from the building works taking place but worst of all at night the noise from the resident band which played every evening from 7PM - 1AM was unbearable! We were not the only guests who decided to check out early as we just were unable to sleep. On both our previous visits we did not experience either of these problems so were totally disappointed this visit. Unfortunately although the Manager Mr Manon was incredibly helpful and tried his best to assist he could do nothing to alleviate the noise issue so after 5 nights of no sleep we decided to check out and move to a different hotel.

the location of the hotel is the choice why we stay at this hotel. but the construction is very noisy, we almost could not sleep. no sea view room as we imagined, no special treatment as we are honeymooner..they not even noticed. the food is fantastic!

Great location for kids that dont like Thai Food. Mcdonalds, Coyotes(mexican), Starbucks for the morning drinkers and a icecream shop right there. Shopping Market just around the corner and the beach a few steps away. Rooms and bathrooms are big with nice mini bar. They give you free bottles of water each day which is helpful for the beach. They have internet, you can purchase minutes there in the lobby to keep up with the world, 50 baht for 30mins, very cheap. Breakfast buffet was good, you can order eggs your way. Pool is nice and big and not too deep, they have areas for toddlers, kids and adults to swim or play around. Great stay!
