Baan Krating is a charming resort on a foresty hill and close to the beach, very quiet and ideally located if you have your own means of transportation. The staff is very friendly and competent. There could be a little more stowing room in the bungalows for clothes, and the singer at the restaurant spoiled the quiet evening atmosphere rather than improving it - not that he was bad, but chosing a remote spot like this one would rather enjoy the gentle noises of nature (otherwise I would have booked in Patong...). But it is certainly a place where I would like to return to.

stinky rooms (bathroom and moldy smells), no real beach view (mostly blocked by trees in all rooms), awefull food at the restaurant, and the WORSE singer ever as live music (not a single note on the tone)

Quite location, with small private beach. Near Hay Harn beach if looking for more movement, only 10 minute walk or transport from hotel twice a day.
Kosy hotel in small Thai cabanes, or new style minimalist apartments. Ideal to rest.

Baan Kraiting makes excellent use of its fantastic location and enviorment,the whole resorts blends beautifully with the natural lanscape,and Ao sane beach is the best spot in Phuket.I have been visiting phuket over the last 35years and this place still has all the original magic of the Phuket of yesteryear

set in beautiful forrest grounds, close to beach and has private beach also. beatutjful large rooms amazing shower and fantastic large bed so good we are heading back for a final night before catching the plane back to bangkokhighly reconmend

The location and surounding landscaape was fantastic. A perfect experience for myself and new wife to relax and enjoy Thai hospitality, great food and wonderful atmosphere.
