Nice hotel at the centre and not too crowded part of Karon Beach. Excellent rooms and nice hotel staff.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.Restaurant offers good food ,especially their peppersteaks are worth trying,

The location is nice, in front of Karon beach. If you look for value, then this is the place. However some setbacks, there is onlhy one restaurant for breakfast there is not offer much choices, the flies and ants is all over the table where the food is serve (no one really cares), the food is good but might be little bit overpriced, the swimming pool is under renovation and the room with queen bed is quite limited (I need to sleep in 2 single bed!) the reception does not even bother to inform me.

พนักงานก็บริการดีในระดับหนึ่ง แต่ไม่ชอบตอนที่โทรแจ้งบอกพนักงานว่าต้องการcheck out พนักงานรับสายแล้วก็พูดว่า"จ๊ะ" ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานผู้ชายอย่างว่าด้วย ซึ่งมันไม่เหมาะสมที่พนักงานจะเอาคำพูดแบบนี้มาใช้กับลูกค้า ควรจะเป็น"ครับ"หรือ"ค่ะ"เท่านั้น และที่สำคัญคือตัวหนังสือที่เขาเขียน ติดไว้หน้าประตูของbusiness centerว่าเวลาเปิด-ปิด เท่านั้นเ ท่านี้ ถ้าสนใจโปรดติดต่อ front desk คำที่เขาเขียนคือ Please contect front desk ซึ่งที่จริงควรเป็นcontact ซึ่งผมดูแล้วก็ขำ ว่าระดับหัวหน้าหรือพนักงานทั้งหลายแหล่ไม่สังเกตุดูกันเลยเหรอ เดินไปเดินมา แล้วก่อนติดป้ายตัวหนังสือไม่มีการตรวจทานเลยเหรอ ถ้าคุณไม่เชื่อลองไปดูได้ครับ ซึ่งผมคิดว่าน่าจะยังติดอยู่ คงไม่มีใครที่จะสังเกตุดูแน่ๆ น่าขายหน้าต่างชาติมากๆครับ
