A very nondescript hotel, which many people have not heard of. But it is excellent value for money, with a great location in front of the sea.

The Staff i found of the highest grad very friendly and helpfull. the location is quiet and just out side the bizzy center a short walk away. also the view from the 4th floor was the icing on the cake. Thank you Avatika Hotel.

A very good trip, in a lovely location.
A hotel very well placed as central but also quietly, away from the noise and crowds tourism.
The restaurant is excellent and the Services very good.
The staff of the hotel is nice and preventing.
A very good value for money.
We have loved everything in this hotel.

Patong beach is crazy busy... but Avantika is very peacful and relaxing base to escape. Beautiful pool, and great rooms on the 3rd floor.

I would recommend this hotel, its down the quiet end of Patong Beach, but its not far from the action.
Its a small hotel which lends its self to more personalised service.

Hotel was very nice, and in a perfect location. Close to Patong nightlight, but far enough down the beach to be quiet. View was great from 3 - 4 floor, but not great on 2nd floor. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Service in bar / restaurant was very nice, but a bit slow. Overall, lovely hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent boutique hotel. Service good and rooms very tasteful and pleasant. Just outside main hustle and bustle but still only 5-10 min walk to centre of Patong Beach.

the hotel is nice...good thing is the breakfast was served to you in an ala-carte style. swimming pool is small but ok. staffs are helpfull and friendly, except one of the receptionists who always in a bad mood, and show her long face all the time. Internet is not free, you need to purchase a card which gave you password to login.
