The people in the reception were little bit rude.
The people serving in the breakfast area were so nice and polite.

Hotel is in a good location, on the more quiet side of Jomtien/Dongtarn Beach. Cleanliness is very good, but can improve on facilities and amenities.

I was only with my 2 children and we felt very safe, the place is fantastic, clean, and has big rooms with dvd player special for children. The breakfast was very asian food, but if you are in Asia is very difficult to find a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

It's a very beautiful hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, but typical of "Thai Style", something is always wrong. During my most recent stay, wireless internet was down for all but the 1st day. According to the staff, it was down all over Thailand (funny the internet cafes weren't affected). On previous stays, I've had to move rooms twice because the air conditioning in my room was broken. When something goes wrong, don't think the staff can fix it because they can't...Thai Style. I'll still be staying there again the next time I'm in Pattaya.
