I had a bad experience from the time I arrived without airconditioning. Upon leaving I was told that my luggage was placed in the cab I entered. Upon arrival at my new hotel there were no bags and I originally thought the cab driver stole them only to find out that the hotel failed to put them in the taxi!

Very basic hotel but good value. Place is presentable, clean and bed is comfortable. Lighting is one of the best i have seen. I could do my reading at night. it would be provide working multi plug, working hair dryer and more than one calculator in the receptionist. These are very small and cheap items, the hotel should not save on these items to inconvenient the guest.

There was just one chair on each double room, and there was no chairs on the balcony. It was impossible for us - a family of 4 - sitting together. The lack of chairs make the hotel not suitable for families. We asked for more chairs, but it was not possible to acchieve.
The hotel is located to far from beach and Kuta town, so we had to use the hotel car service, wich was OK.
