When we first book this hotel its actually for both comfort & location. We didnt expect much because its cheap. But when we enter the room... it was the best honeymoon night we had together!

The resort was wonderful. My friends & I had a memorable time there. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was perfect as we could get everything near us. But there was a bit of disturbance with the air cond as there was alot of loud noises coming from it.

I like this resort because of the surroundings and location. The superior room is bigger than i expected. The facilities is okay but still can be improved such as hotel information and more F & B outlets. The service is good but still need improvement in terms of fast delivery for e.g the housekeeping and bell service. Your concierge need more personal. But overall i would love to come back in the future. Hope u guys improve further in the future.

The hotel lock is very bad,very hard to open the door.
The toilet is dirty and the wall is dirty.

Hotel and rooms were dirty. Lots of mold in the bathroom. We had a leak in the bathroom that we waited 3 hours to be fixed. We asked for a larger room as we had read the rooms were large. There WERE larger rooms, but they refused to move us. Took 3 days to get a hairdryer brought to our room. Pool is great, but they ran out of towels each day. Breakfast was poor quality. Loud and crowded.

The hotel room is very old and dirty, bathroom smelly, coffee house cutlery and crockery is dirty and stained, housekeeping service was very slow. Overall hotel condition is very bad, but the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
