We were upgraded to the Executive Suite due to lack of rooms. However, we were disappointed by the size of the room. Furthermore, our two single beds were arranged next to each other due to the lack of space in the room.

Services provided, friendliness and helpfulness of staff definitely made our stay memorable. Hospitality of staff definitely warrants another stay for next visit.

Room facility such as electric facility was poor; no electric supply on wall outlet, mulfunction on bedside control panel and poor aircondictioner temperature control... They should be tested periodically and maintained in good conditions.

Excellent location for shopping at World Central and Gaysorn, but need to walk 10mins to BTS. Staff are very friendly. Facility and room are not new. Overall, good value for hotels in similar location.

Nice hotel. Being here many times already. However, realised that request such as non smoking floor and kings size bed always not acceded although they have tried to make amendments the next time.
