Good location, check in was very fast. Friendly staff. What you see in the web is what you get. Food was reasonably priced.

hotel location good, breakfast ok, rooms ok but please change your light fittings. staff nice would stay there again but please check drainage systems a little smelly

Excellent location, central to the shops, beach etc, and yet quiet enough to be able to get a decent nights sleep, nice room with good balcony, pool and restaurant area very pleasant and also enjoyed a good massage.

A nice hotel but we were disappointed in the groundfloor rooms for a number of reasons. We could not sit on the balcony as below there was a water feature which attracted many mosquitoes. Also, due to the lack of sun on these balconies clothes and towels would not dry when left out for 24 hours. The rooms were nice and clean but again due to the lack of light through the windows the room would benefit from more lights. I did visit the other rooms on the higher floors and these were much nicer. The breakfast is good and swimming pool area relaxing. Great location in the centre of Ao Nang. I would stay here again but only in rooms on the higher floors.

Hotel building good. Service appalling! Had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, toiletries ect.. Had to really get upset with them to get pool towels,& still not available some days. Whole business appears to be run on a shoestring!Breakfast never sufficient for all guests, don't expect to get a proper meal after 9.15am.
